1. Booked air tickets for 3.6.22 for myself; wife and kids ; saw the banner on website front page " FREE Full Refund due to Medical Reasons" with no further conditions mentioned. 2. Now due to medical reasons when we wish to avail same; they are denying ; saying that I did not fill any checkbox during booking. 3. Charging me Rs 3800/- per ticker; i.e 11400/- financial loss. besides emotional stress due to same. 4. case of blatant CHEATING and misleading advertisement. 5. called up their customer care at[protected] but no respite.
