I have booked a Dhow Cruise from EaseMyTrip and because of the reason they were not able to confirm the booking with the tour agent, I was kicked out from the activity and humiliated in front of many people. Later I came to know that EaseMyTrip did this booking via Thrillophilia which looks very fishy to me. I have had multiple conversations with both of the companies customer care and there was no resolution for this. Finally, I came to know that Thrillophilia has rejected this request and I should ask EaseMyTrip to get my refund. EaseMyTrip Customer care assured me a callback in 24 hours from their Cruise department. It has been more than 72 hours and I haven't got the concerned person on a phone line or my refund. Dear "EaseMyTrip" people, please read your company name and try to understand it's meaning. After this experience, to me it looks more like "WorseMyTrip".
