[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — didn't received refund after cancellation

I had cancelled my flight tickets two weeks back due to corona virus issue in vietnam.
I didn't received refund yet.
No update from easemytrip.
I called their customer care 5 times, they always say we didn't received any communication from airline.
Easemytrip are not pushing or helping in talking airline, no resolution yet.
I called airline direct, they told it's booked via agent easemytrip, so they only can initiate for process.
I had filled complain via email also, call also but they are not responding.

The refund procedure by the airlines may take 60-90 Days. Meanwhile, as your responsible service provider we would keep a regular follow up with the airlines to ensure the refund gets credited in our account as soon as possible or within the defined timelines.

We shall initiate refund immediately post the receipt of the refund from the airlines, post which it may further take up to 5-7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account (depending on your bank's processing time)

No response at all. Pathetic service
Called the customer care several times but no response .. this is the worst service to book any ticket .. really frustrating ..least bothered about customer. Everyone is either diverting the call or not picking up the call.
Can i please get an update on my cancellation refund .

I have booked a flight ticket but I didn't get any ticket but the amount from my bank is deducted, i have called the customer care no response, complaint to the bank branch they said the same that ease my trip planner didn't response its been more than 18 days how do i get my refund
