"please note the underlying 3 pnr numbers for flight going from surat to raipur via delhi However you added a 3rd flight in between at nagpur. This was unacceptable and we cannot make this travel. Please note the pnr numbers and please issue complete refund at the earliest. Pnr - hrfg7 - prakash agarwal - 6th may Easemytrip id emt[protected] keshav agarwal - 7th may Pnr - jwj7t - shyama agarwal - 27th april" The above was the complaint made. They denied to help and kept repeating same sentences "sir this is something which is not in our hand sir" ; "you need to coordinate with the airline for full refund" ; "i apologise" If they want me to connect to airline then why did the collect service charge for the booking and why did they collect payment. They should have redirected me to the airline at the time of payment and should have provide booking without any service charge, since, they decline to assist and want me to connect to airline. Above all worst thing was the attitude of the customer support staff, who kept repeating same 2-4 sentences on every question provided. Also ignored my question 3 times, when i asked to provide his name in order to make a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
