I Have Booked Flight Ticket On 3rd August 2022 And On 10th Aug My Airline Has Denied To Check-In At Airport Due To Transit Visa Issue And Airline Asked Me To Cancel The Ticket.
My ticket cost is - 1, 65, 000/-
Refunded amount - 8, 900/-
I Have Called To Easemytrip And Asked Them To Cancel The Ticket. They Have Cancelled The Ticket And They Have Sent Email To Airlines to ask about Refund Amount On 10th Aug 16:40, Airline Has Got A Mail From [protected]@Easemytrip.Com And KLM Airline Team Has Replied To That Email On 11th Aug Around 9:19 AM And They Have Confirmed To Process The Full Refund.
Now Easemytrip People Are Telling They Haven't Get Any Email From The Airline And They Cannot Process The Full amount Refund. They have processed only 8900 rupees.
And Easemytrip Has Cancelled My Ticket By Selecting Option "No Show". It Means I Have Not Went To The Airport Before Boarding Time. I Dont Know Why They Have Selected This Option. This Is Clearly Saying They Are Lying.
Easemytrip people are asking me the get the Written Email from Airline, but when I ask airline they are saying they dont have access to send email to me, and they are saying you have booked ticket with the Easemytrip so you should check with them for any issue, and from their said they have already processed full amount.
I asked Easemytrip to send email to Airline and share it with mw, but they haven't send any email to them and to me also.
I have also sent a legal notice to them but there is no response from them.
I am attaching all the proofs, please check and help me to get the money.
