[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — Easemytrip Ticket not Booked, but Money is Debited Twice from my Bank

I had booked tickets from LKO-GOI-LKO on 10th February 2022 with booking id EMT94589069 and EMT94588900. An amount of 1, 30, 725 rupees was deducted twice from my bank account. However, the booking got rejected and they claim that the payment has not been received at their end. Today is 6th February and I have not yet received the amount in my bank. I have called and mailed the customer care people the details of my transaction but I'm surprised that they claim they have not received the payment while my bank is showing the payment has been deducted. Please help me with the refund the money immediately so that I can go ahead with my original travel booking.
