EMT has not added my infant to the booking By their mistake so the airline does not have the details.
I am following up with them since 6 days but I keep getting the same response with No solution.
My flight is in 4 days

The response I keep getting is below
"We see that you have been rigorously following up with us for your Infant added and passport details. I also see that there is an email that we have sent to the airline requesting for the update.

Hi, We'd like to inform you that your infant ticket is well confirmed from our end and ticket number is also available. We have also sent an email to airline for updating infant detail on their ticket as well. As soon as the airline revert we will update you we request your patience and understanding.
