This is regarding the booking EMT83655714 made on June 12th from DBR-BOM. The final fare displayed was Rs 3943 but the payment debited was Rs 4298. I immediately called your support team and was informed to send an email with screenshot. Luckily, I had screenshot available which I sent them. After multiple interaction, the support team escalated the issue. However, I'm yet to receive an update from them. It's been over a week now still no response. Kindly look into it or I'll post this on social media and aware users how you do fraud with them.
