EaseMyTrip.com — Flight Cancellation Refund not received

I had booked a flight for Mumbai to Istanbul via Saudi Arabia Airlines from EaseMytrip.com from 27th May to 6th June 2022. My Booking Id is EMT98312728 and PNR is 6PLQEA. The Airlines had rescheduled the return flight from 6th May 2022 to 7th May 2022 due to which I was forced to cancel the flight as I could not travel on the new rescheduled date.

I had called the Saudi Arabian Reservation Office in Mumbai before going ahead with the cancellation as it was rescheduled by the airlines. The airline representative mentioned that I would get the complete refund as the flight was rescheduled by the airline. I thus went ahead with the cancellation after this confirmation.

It has been 18 days since the cancellation done on 20th May 2022 and I have not yet recieved the refund. The EaseMyTrip team keeps giving the same reasoning that the airline has not yet processed the refund.
