I have booked a international flight through Easemytrip. 10 days before the trip the flight got cancelled and now I am not getting refund for the trip. My trip got ruined. My whole plan hotel bookings travel dates got changed. And Easemytrip is not helping with the refund of the cancelled flight too. This is very poor response I am getting from Easemytrip. PNR Number - W43JQN PNR Number - NW2GEQ Easemytrip is putting on airline and airline is not addressing as booking was made through a global booking agent Easemytrip. I was informed that my refund will be closed in 60 - 90 days. But there is not response or closure on this. Can you refund the amount and close this.

Further, we would like to inform you that the RA (Refund Application: - 4001591829/ 4001591830/ 4001591584 and 4001591592) has already been raised to the airline against the PNR: - W43JQN/ NW2GEQ however the authorization of the same is still pending from the airline. Moreover, we will notify you once we get an update from them. We sincerely urge your cooperation in the interim.
