[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — Flight rescheduled: No intimation need refund and additional cost | |||
My Varanasi to Kolkata flight got rescheduled and there was no intimation to me over email, call or sms. I turned up at Varanasi Airport at 7pm and informed by airport authority that there was no such flight. While calling GoFirst airways they said that it got rescheduled and intimation has been send to tour travel agent easemytrip, it is their responsibility to inform you. Whereas easemytrip is saying all details has been provided to gofirst and it their responsibility now. It is being ball passing happening now between two. I have been mentally harassed and to reach home for medical ground. Need your help to get it sorted asap. Apart from flight fare also require additional cost of 2700 INR which I need to spend additionally. My PNR number is TB34MT, Varanasi to Kolkata Flight.
