Sir, today i booked ticket from bangalore to kolkata on 2/1/2019. The journet date is 15/1/2019. My
Booking id is emt54646238. A sum of rs 3702 was deducted from my sbi
Net banking account. However, the ticket was not booked/confirmed. Kindly
Refund a sum of rs 3702 immediately. Regards - sidharth sridhar.
