[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — Flight ticket not received

I have booked the Air india flight from dubai to delhi on 14th Oct 2022 at 1:45 PM. through Easemytrip.com AED380 was deducted from my bank account but no booking ID was generated. Attached the screenshot. When i contacted their customer service, they informed me that ticket is put on hold as fare has been changed for the flight. So i informed them to refund my money as its issue from their end. But there is no clear communication from their end . I am yet to receive the refund. +1 photos Was this information helpful?
