[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — flight ticket status is still pending

On feb 20 th 2020, i booked a ticket from ahmedabad to hyderabad for the day 20 th march 2020. But in the ticket pdf status is still pending... Ticket booking id: emt70869862 I am trying to contact customer service. One guy picked up the call for the first time and told me to wait for half an hour. After that no one is picking up my call.. But no flight is booked even balance is deduced see in bank statement.

Please refund my amount back.
