I am here to file a bug in your system, I booked a Indigo Flight using Easemytrip site but when i go for web check-in using Indigo's site i was getting error finding booking reference id .
The issue what i found was not with the booking reference id provided by easemytrip or Airline PNR . It is the mail id used by easemytrip while booking the ticket for me . Easemytrip should have used my personal / customer's mail for any booking instead easemytrip used [protected]@easemytrip.com which is wrong and painful for any individual when they try for web check-in .
This needs to be resolved in the system . I report this as a system bug . Was this information helpful? |
