Hi, Its been a day and my flights are still pending, they haven't been confirmed by the airline. I'm so stressed as it said when booking you would get confirmation 45 mins max and i've been charged. Please can somebody advise? EMTUK1373410 Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

When will I get an update? I have been scammed, i called customer service and the agent didn't even ask for my name or anything but was able to tell me payment hadn't been taken and I had to give him my card details over the phone and pay again, even though the money has been taken. I said i was stressed and he laughed at me and made a really rude remark saying if i don't pay again he will hang up and nothing more he can do. This is such a scam and making me so stressed. I will not delete this email either until this is resolved and will be leaving reviews on all website sharing this experience and will also be going to the media about this.
