[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — fraud | |||
I booked my flight for 17th april, due to lockdown extended it got cancelled, they didn't provide me full refund for rescheduling of 4th may i paid extra amount. I already mailed them that this was my last money i am left with coz i have stuck in other city, doesn't have money or anything with me. But that didn't effect on them, now when i checked my upcoming flight status with them they said due to govt order it will cancel, flights will not be available, and then also they are asking me to wait till 3rd may don't know for what reason, again i will wait till 3rd may and reschedule post that so flights price will get high and again i will pay extra for rescheduling, they are not refunding full amount also, atleast they will give full refund so i can look for some other option to reach home, first they mentioned zero cancellation fee, not they are asking per booking 300 tax. Such fraud company and support i have ever come across, atleast you people should also understand the customer situation this time, how we are going through. Was this information helpful? | |||

As checked, Date of departure of your booking is 04th May and status of PNR-VNQSVA is confirmed . Currently flights for May month are not available on airlines website hence requesting you to wait for new bookings and after somedays recheck the status of your 04th May travel.
