First of all, they charged a penalty amount of 6000 to reschedule my flight whereas the policy clearly states as well as their cc told me that within 24 hours it should be done free, but then one of their support ensured that this penalty I'll get as credits in my account. Due to some and then in flight due to lack of non-veg options I had to stay without food which caused me stomach pain for 3-4 days..now due to this bad experience I am trying to cancel the tickets from Washington to Delhi and will book some other airlines as I don't want to experience same trauma again and website clearly states that I should get around 49k for a refund but they ain't processing it now..
