I had applied for a refund for booking id EMT71170758, EMT71169800, EMT71170868 for your flight booked from DME-COK on THU-02JUL2020. I have received an incomplete refund for the above 3 tickets. I had paid initially and then there was a fare difference of INR 5814 per ticket for the confirmation of the ticket for which I paid again. I want the fare difference price to be refunded as soon as possible. I have been in contact with the Easemytrip customer care for past 3 weeks from which I had a poor response for my concern Was this information helpful? | |
