Regarding booking id: EMT[protected]
A few days before the flight date I requested Easemytrip if they could get me a full refund for medical reasons, and I was told that they would help, and to write to their customer care email address ([protected]@easemytrip.com) with the doctor's prescription attached. I was told that the request would be forwarded to the airline and I would be called back with a resolution. I received no callback, the flight day came and finally, the ticket was canceled due to a no-show which meant a Re 1 refund!
Even if the airline did not agree to the refund, at the bare minimum Easemytrip should have informed me so that I could apply for a regular cancellation refund (non-medical) which would have meant at least a refund of 2, 000 to 3, 000
I ended up losing that money because of their carelessness
After that, I have already raised this issue twice with their phone customer care, but they say they can't do anything about it!
