Easemytrip gave me an option of getting lounge access on a flight from Mumbai(Terminal 2) to Kolkata. I selected that option only to find out at the Mumbai airport terminal 2 that they do not have tie up with the lounge at this terminal, instead have purposely given me for terminal 1 whereas the flight they've given is from terminal 2. When i spoke to their customer care executive he told that it is your fault you booked without checking online first about the lounge access whereas the terminal details were not mentioned moreover why will you give access of another terminal altogether when you know and have booked flight for a different terminal, which isn't even internally connected. If I am booking a particular ticket for a flight that is flying from terminal 2 and they are charging me for lounge access, they should be liable to provide me with the same or they should remove that option from site. Also, the customer service executives are very rude. Very disappointed by their service. Ive booked flights from their service earlier many times as I have to often travel due to work, but this is the first time I took their lounge access but they've just frauded me and this is just outright harassment. I will never avail their services again and would request others who are reading this to not avail their services, whatever it might be.
