I had call many time on ease my trip customer care ..my issue is of meal ..I had done hotel booking with full Board meal on your site ..already 20 days gone but my meal issue not done till now .I called hotel they told me that your reservation is without any meal ..your hotel department staff is not good ..they don’t bother to call me ..I had done payment with meal so I want that only ..it does not take 20 days for meal issue..your hotel department service is very bad ..please issue my concern ..hope you understand my problem
