[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — I didn't receive my refund money from the company

I booked my flight ticket through easemytrip the airline cancelled my ticket on 27 march 2023 so I asked for the refund through easemytrip website my booking id: EMT[protected]
It has been 15 days as of now since i asked for the refund, till now I didn’t get any refund, i was calling everyday easemytrip customer service everyday they’re saying me to wait for 24hrs from past 4 days till now I didn’t get my refund
