[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — International Ticketing - Unethical Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Communication

1. Booked my ticket DEL-LAX-DEL on 30th Aug. 22. EMT[protected]. T&C before making payment ( proof avialble), mention cancellation charge of INR 13, 582/- per pessenger for Del-Lax-Del sector as round trip. After payment, ticket is issued with cancellation charges of INR 13, 582 + INR 13, 582 i.e. twice of what was committed on website.

2. Booked call back by Sr. team thrice with Zero result.

3. Not providing clarity on re-scheduling charges.
