Purchased air tickets with return for 3 persons through easymytrip for go air flights on the month of april 2023.
Unfortunately go air cancelled it in june 2023.
I have been requested easymytrip for the refund of whole amount for a number of times, from almost last 3 months but they don't do it. The just show me that go air don't do it.
My question is i purchased the tickets from them after deposit of money to their account.
I don't know who is go air and what they do. It's easymytrip problem that they can collect or not the money from them as they are the agent of the airway. I didn't purchased the tickets directly from go air, so why i can listen the excuse from last 3 months?
It's a clear case of misleading and brich of trust.
I have been email to them so many times requesting for refund, but nothing has received as of now.
Therefore requested you to take initiative to resolve it so that i can receive my refund.
