I had booked flight tickets for Kolkata to Dhaka on 28th of May, 2022 for my wife and brother in law. The booking ID was EMT99019219. The money for the tickets ₹12, 716 got debited from UPI: [protected]@okicici, yet the tickets could not be booked as the EaseMyTrip booking portal showed payment unsuccessful. On calling the customer care, they said that they had initiated a refund and it would be credited to my account within 5-7 working days. It has been 9 working days and the EaseMyTrip customer care team is telling that they have provided me the refund, yet no refund has been credited to my account. I had even mailed them my account statement on which they are saying that they have refunded the amount, to show that I have not received any refund. This is really harassing and I want my refund as soon as possible.
