I had booked flight tickets for Kolkata to Dhaka on 28th of May, 2022 for my wife and brother in law. The booking ID was EMT99019219. The money for the tickets ₹12, 716 got debited from UPI: [protected]@okicici, yet the tickets could not be booked as the EaseMyTrip booking portal showed payment unsuccessful. On calling the customer care, they said that they had initiated a refund and it would be credited to my account within 5-7 working days. It has been 9 working days and the EaseMyTrip customer care team is telling that they have provided me the refund, yet no refund has been credited to my account. I had even mailed them my account statement on which they are saying that they have refunded the amount, to show that I have not received any refund. May 29, 2022 Updated by Parijat G No update on this, I have already sent the account statement in which I have received no money from EaseMyTrip.com, and the company is still telling to send across the account statement. I don't understand such leniency from the organisation in paying the refund amount. Requesting them to process it as soon as possible. Verified Support May 30, 2022 EaseMyTrip.com Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that your complete refund was processed from our side on 17th May 22. however, if you did not receive the same so kindly wait as we have already forwarded your query to the payment merchant to check the same once we receive any response from their end we will inform you accordingly.
