EaseMyTrip.com — Money Debited from Bank A/c but Not Recharged my phone

I tried to recharge my JIO mobile number [protected]. Rs. 239/- were deducted from my account but the mobile did not get recharge. order id: INDRE[protected], Payment Id: [protected]. Please help me.
