Money deducted but booking id not generated.

I had booked ticket using EaseMyTrip app using registered email id but money debited but booking id not generated.

Not sure where the money went. Mailed to EaseMyTrip but not getting response.

Dear Sir, I hope as per our telephonic conversation your query has been addressed as your refund has been auto-generated on 2nd APR 22 which you will receive within 5-7 working days. However, as per your request, we have marked an email to the payment gateway once we receive any response from them we will update you accordingly.
