EaseMyTrip.com — Money deducted from bank , but no confirmation from the website

Hi, I had booked a flight ticket from Mangalore to Bangalore for 12 the jan, 9 Am, on 8 the January. After the payment deduction from bank, the website got stuck and the ticket confirmation was obtained. there was no refund in the bank either.
