On January 27, I booked a flight from Goa to Mumbai via my mobile number for February 23. I fill up my name, my mobile number, and my email ID. I completed the payment of Rs. 18, 990 through my debit card. The amount was immediately debited from my account. I've attached a screenshot of the bank debiting my account. However, I did not receive the ticket via email or phone. I contacted their customer care immediately at 3:53 p.m. on January 27 and spoke with one of the representative. After further investigation, she informed me that the booking had not been created and that the amount of Rs. 18, 990 had not been received by EaseMyTrip. I should contact my bank. I immediately contacted my bank and filed a complaint. I inquired several times with your customer service about tickets and the amount, but each time they responded that no booking was made on January 27 and that the amount was not received. Following an investigation, my bank (State Bank of India) informed me on February 13 that Rs 18990 was received by EaseMyTrip. After receiving the payment, they did not issue me a ticket. I am 66 years old, shocked, and my BP has been affected. I booked another trip because EasyMyTrip did not send the ticket to me after receiving the payment. If the amount has already been received from their side, I would like to get a full refund back to my bank account as soon as possible.
