I purchased Air ticket by easemytrip pay rs 5964 ( Zero cancellation charges) & add on service purchased by indigo pay rs ( 1799 ), , my programme cancel some issue, so easemytrip refund me rs 3974 & rs 1500 rs issuance claim, but different rs not refunded, my ticket already zero cancellation policy, so my balance amount decuted please help me ticket details..
