EaseMyTrip.com — My Money deducted but ticket not booked

Hey

I booked 2 bus ticket on 8 June for Kodaikanal to chennai journey on praveen travels, I was trying to book i summit all the necessary information and pay the amount for both ticket through gpay. Money got deducted but the interface for paying didn't change my got deducted and not getting any information like PNR, BOOKING ID OR BUS TICKET after paying my money

I want EaseMyTrip.com return my money

As per the telephonic conversation, we regret to inform you that the booking could not be confirmed at the operator’s end.
Hence the booking was rejected.
We have initiated the refund will reflect within 5-7 workings days in the same mode of payment
