[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — no refund for my failed hotel booking

I booked a hotel from easemytrip on 5th october.. Booking was not confirmed and the amount was debited on 5th oct.. I filed a compaint on that day only and from 9 days they are just giving me fake promises and not attending my call. This is a. Fraud company. The staff doesnt even have courtesy to call. Me back.. Please prvovide my refund of 2458 as soon as possible. Transaction id was 64162202.
