Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: Your failure to refund ticket amount for cancelled flight.
Ref: PNR No.C22G9C (TruJet).
With reference to the above, I had book for myself for the TruJet flight from Hyderabad to Nanded scheduled departure at 7.30 a.m. on March 23, 2022, which was cancelled by the airline itself. However, despite my repeated pleas with your customer services, the ticket-amount has not been refunded so far. However, they had been giving false assurances that the matter would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours, which never happened till now. Since I had booked the flight ticket from EaseMyTrip.com, it is the responsibility of the company to refund for the flight cancelled by the airline and not by myself.
I expect you to be honest and prompt and resolve the issue by refunding the amount at the earliest.
