[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — non-receipt of itinerary even after demanded payment.

I have booked international flight tickets from easemytrip website for sector kuwait-lucknow-kuwait on 05.11.2017, for flight on 6.11.2017 from kuwait-lucknow & 26/11/17 from lucknow-kuwait under oman airways. (Booking refer: emt[protected]

I have been debited on my credit card an amount of rs. 21, 555.00 and the same reflects on my card statement, now, i have issued unconfirmed tickets for this, and later on received a mail from helpline, mr. Shahnawaj saifi says, that the tickets have not been booked, reason hike in air fare for said sector and have to pay another 1700 inr for same sector, as same has been blocked. Immediately undersigned has raised the concern how to pay the differential amount where mr. Shahnawaj has responded with a payment link and asked to pay as slot is blocked.

In next few minute payments has been made & sent him payment advice but i dint receipt any further communication or itinerary. Further i had make a call to customer care of easemytrip & they took all my payment details and transferred the line to international zone, unfortunately mr. Shahnawaj was online and he responded after 30 min that fare has been increased once again and have to pay the difference then only they will release the pnr/itinerary even pnr generated and reflecting on payment advice.

After a long discussion, undersigned feel that i am cheated by easemytrip, once will pay and again they will ask some more payment then what to do. Because mr. Shahnawaj was demanding difference of current price inr 28, 495/- (Current fare) where same flight fare was 26, 914/- including conveyance charges. And i requested him to refund my payment and they agreed to refund it immediately, but the same is not yet credited and my fund has been blocked which i cannot utilize for few days unless until will not credited to my account.
I was totally clueless, to whether i should book new tickets or not and if yes, then how do i do that while my money is locked with easemytrip.com
Your customer support mr. Shahnawaj saifi just said i can’t help you and left me to fend for myself even i was calling with isd.
I am being harassed and require assistance in sorting out the situation immediately
Normally, whenever price change alerts are there, the website is alarming us prior to payment with current fare but easemytrip has not did like that. They have issued unconfirmed ticket and frequently asking more n more money, just blackmailing to customer.

I booked the ticket under same sector with same flight @ inr 26, 914 including conveyance charges and got confirmed ticket.

The delay in releasing the locked amount makes me lose amount on airfare increase in cost for delayed booking, which i caused due to your inability to provide service.

Undersigned claiming to easemytrip to pay me the differential amount of confirmed itinerary from other site for same sector & same flight.

Kindly look into the problem and sort it on an urgent basis.

Note: easemytrip customer care took all payment details after paying the differential amount of inr 1700/- even ticket was not confirmed, hence if any fraud with my credit card will occure will claim directly to m/s easemytrip.
