I had booked ticket with the airlines for 3 passengers initially (Pnr : vq5kfe, booking ref no : emt[protected] initially for which the flight was cancelled due to covid issue and i was give a credit shell.
Then i booked again using the credit shell for the below mentioned booking emt[protected]Pnr nff8mi)
Airlines have said they have refunded for the earlier pnr : vq5kfe full refund but i have received recently only after much follow up.
I have not received the refund for the 4th passenger in nff8mi.
I am following up currently for the refund of the 4th passenger.
Even to get refund for the first pnr i had to follow up with ease my trip for more than a month. Airlines said they have refunded to ease my trip on 6th jun'20 but i received my refund only last week.
Firstly why is ease my trip holding the refund money received for such a long period when the airlines has already refunded.
Secondly i have not received refund yet for the 4th passenger in the second pnr for which i am following up now Was this information helpful? |
