EaseMyTrip.com — Non-refund of Air fare for flight cancelled by the airlines

I had booked my flight ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai on 21st Feb'22 by Go Air on Easemytrip.com. My Booking reference NoEMT94798333

The flight was cancelled by the Airlines Go Air. The amount was refunded by the Airlines Go Air to Easemytrip.com few months back. I have been asking the booking platform company Easemytrip to transfer the refund amount to my bank account for the last few months.

I am not getting proper response from them and they are blaming internal system issues for not transferring the amount. It is more than 6 months and i am yet to get my refund amount.

Request you to intervene and arrange to transfer the amount with interest to my account at the earliest. Thanking you

I am yet to get any response to my earlier mail asking you to refund the amount for the cancelled flight - details given below.

I also got a response from the Airlines that the amount has been refunded to the travel agent. Their mail is attached for your reference.

I want you to settle this amount immediately else i will be forced take this up strongly with the compliance officer / nodal officer / others as required.

It has been more than 6 weeks now and I am yet to get my refund. I also heard from the Airline that the amount has been refunded to you and you will be refunding the amount to me.

It is requested to check the country and airline regulatory websites for entry/transit restrictions to the destination. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure entry/transit eligibility to the destination. If a passenger is denied boarding by the airline or entry to a country by the airport, EaseMyTrip doesn’t accept any liability in this regard. Also, all the penalties need to be borne by passenger in this case.
