I have booked AirIndia tickets through online portal Easemytrip.com on 15th Feb'2020 as per the following details.
1. Delhi to Cochin on 14th August 2020- Flight No. AI-512. Airline PNR-Y6KWL
2. Cochin to Delhi on 25th August 2020- Flight No. AI-47. Airline PNR-Y6KEP
Booking id: EMT70528097 and EMT70525774
Ticket Nos.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] //[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]
Due to the Covid-19 current situations prevailing at that time, the airlines have not operated the flights on both the days.
I have applied for the full refund from Easemytrip.com for the non operated flights. i have been writing to you since August 2020. After many follow ups the have partially refunded after deducting airline penalty as below.

Total Refunded Amount of Rs.1716

Airline penalty: 12, 636 (3159 per pax)
EMT cancellation service charge: 1200(300 per pax)
Total Refunded Amount of Rs.548
I have written many times past two years for a full refund. Many times the Easemytrip.com have reverted that they have not got a airline confirmation for a full refund. Now even after airline confirming a full refund of the ticket amount, Easemytrip.com is not refunding the full refund.
As per EMT booking portal/ tickets booked, there was no cancellation charges on the tickets booked.
Request you is for a full refund at the earliest.
