Ease My Trip dodging me since Oct 2019, they have been promising payment within 24 hrs for each time I call them. Call Centre Agents are stone walling me and not sharing next Sr mgmt Nor they are not sticking to assurance of Callback.
This is BIG trouble as last 2 years they have been only making false assurance. It appears to BIG Fraud to deceive customers of legitimate refunds. I have submitted letter issued by AIR India clearly stating PAX eligible for Full refund as flight was cancelled by AIRLINE (international Flight ) Was this information helpful? |
