[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — Non Refund of Convenience Fees

My upcoming flight is cancelled by the airline due to operational issues and full refund was given. However EaseMyTrip.com didn't refund me the convenience fee of Rs 300 paid at the time of booking.

The convenience fee is not yet refunded! It's been more than 10 days.
