I have booked Airline ticket through easemytrip.com. My sector was MCT to MAA with Air India airline. Due to operational reason, airlines has changed the flight timings which was not suited for me. Immediately I replied to Easemytrip to cancell my ticket and requested for full refund as the airline has changed their times on[protected]. From then onwards, am continuously following with Easemytrip for my refund, they simply put on the airlines side has to give the Authorization for the refund. Almost 50days am following with them. Thrice times I went to Air India office and they said that the ticket has booked through Easemytrip and they have to refund, there is nothing to do with the Airline approval/Authorization. This also had conveyed to easemytrip with AirIndia mail as a proof. Even after that also, they started to tell me the same answer.
I really do not know, what I should to get the refund amount. Because of this I totally get mental stress. Kindly help me to get the refund from that Agency.
