As per communication with airline Indigo that they have processed for full refund on my ticket which was booked on 2nd august for GAU to Pune for 7th October 2022, EMT[protected] but after several on call with EaseMyTrip officials, they denying of getting full refund on my tickets, where as I am having call records of indigo people that they have processed my full refund to easemytrip portal. Regarding booking ID EMT[protected] I hope as per our telephonic conversation your query has been resolved as your correct refund has been initiated from our side on 13th Sept 22 in your same mode of payment which you will be going to receive within the next 5-7 working days.
