[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — Not reschedule ticket or no refund

I have booked tickets from Bangelore to Muscat on 22nd Jan 2022. Due to RTPCR result shows positive, I have to request for reschedule the tickets. But till now the customer care is not bothered to resolve or re book the tickets. Still they say sir you are not audible so and so. PNR: YXGAAP. Kindly help me in rescheduling the tickets. Also the customer care is completly lying about contacting airline about rescheduling. Kindly help me in reschedule the tickets or refund of the same. Thanks Was this information helpful?
