[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — Operational Team not working efficiently

I book 2 tickets from easemytrip which got cancelled due to some operational reasons so I opted for a full refund thereafter. The executive confirmed that they have processed the refund from their end on 6th May 2021 and will be credited to my account within 5 to 7 working days but it's now 26 days that I haven't received the refund amount yet. I have been following up on daily basis and I get the same response everyday to wait for another 5 to 7 working days. None of them is properly guiding me about the exact issue and the ongoing solution if any, being taken in response to my complaint. Please do the needful to solve this issue you as soon as possible.
