Sir our flight to Australia was canceled by the airline and Easemy trip had promised us a refund for Rs 55868 . It has been more than 9 months since the request was lodged and now Ease my trip has closed the request stating they haven't heard back from the Airine. Sir, it's a huge amount and this is stressing me out. I have also wrttine to Aviation ministry and DGCA separately. Easemytrip is either not following up with the airline or they are scamming people.
