I booked a flight for 15th December to Kolkata of spicejet airline. My PNR is L9SZ2C. Flight got delayed by airline by 15 hours or so and when I called spicejet airline directly they agreed to refund straight away as it was their fault and they refunded 100% amount to Easemytrip on 22nd November and 23rd November respectively. But Easemytrip only refunded only some amount. They also admitted that they have received refund from airline and told me to wait for 24-48 hours. This i have been listening 3-4 times now and even after 10 days or so they haven’t issued remaining amount. I have decided to file a case in consumer forum . I know they will say once again to wait for sometime.
