Dear team,
This is in reference to subject whereby I had booked flight ticket from Mumbai to Kochi on 10-Nov-22 for traveling date 19-Nov-22 for 6 passengers.
Post booking I observed that for 1 of the customer spelling was incorrect.
I immediately called your call centre and they confirmed that they have deleted the customer name from the PNR and there would be no charges.
I have not yet received the amount for the cancelled ticket.
Request you to check and revert.
