EaseMyTrip.com — Refund amount was not fully processed.

I, Rajesh Kumar booked my flights from the smartbuy360 platform with Order ID[protected] and EASEMYTRIP ID:EMT[protected] dated 19 september 2022.
My flight was cancelled by Airlines (Spicejet), and even then the cancellation charges were deducted from my side whereas there was no role of me and in no way i should be charged for the actions of the airlines. The airlines have assured me full refund for my money but in EASEMYTRIP Dashboard i was only refunded for 34, 480/- inspite of total amount of 38, 680/-. The Partner agency has deducted the travel partner cancellation charges of INR 300/- per person per sector and the convenience fee from my refundable amount whereas i was not liable for any kind of charges as Airlines itself cancelled the flight. So it is my kind request that my full amount be refunded without any kind of deduction from it.
