Hi- I am following up on booking EMT63613237 / EMT63694012 on behalf of my uncle(passed away 20 aug 2020 and death cert shared) and aunt. I have been continuously following up on refund of return leg and still to hear back from escalation team since over 1 month. ease my trip executives are not helping. Air india claims to have refunded the amount on 20 apr 2021 and this has been conveyed to your executive on concall.. expecting immediate closure Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
