Booking id EMT68969033 i giving a refund request around a year ago still they are initiate the refund, regarding this issue i speak with the customer service around 20 times still they are not taking the proper action to solve the issue. I completely disappoint about the ease my trip booking service they are not care about the customer satisfaction, this may continue they will lose the customers please take necessary action about this refund Was this information helpful?
